Excessive Markup. Interested in a quick buck not long term customer relations.
Added a ridiculous markup on the tickets you can buy direct from the race host plus handling fees. And the customer service (if you can get it is a joke).

Their ticketing provider is an absolute fraud! They are a complete mickey mouse outfit and extremely fishy.
To start, ordered tickets for the Miami Grand prix back in December 2021. Tickets confirmed, paid thousands for each. 3 months later I get an email saying that some of my tickets had to be canceled. So, I called in to their +44 number. Girl answers, I ask for an explanation. They give me some kind of excuse. I told her that, I had already promised these tickets out and that my next move would be to contact my lawyer and go after F1 for damages/ losses between what I paid before and what I'd have to pay now to get the same tickets.
A week later, they email me asking for a wire to their bank and they can then give me the tickets back. So I go ahead and do that...... after 3 weeks they finally confirm that wire was received and tickets are good.
Here's the best part! I didn't even know what section, row or seat numbers I was being given until about 5 days prior when they finally delivered the tickets.
Next, I am in Montreal for the grand prix this weekend. Yesterday, I purchased 34 tickets over 3 different orders for this weekends race.
So I promise out all of the tickets to people who are guests, coming into town from all across the world.
Wake up this morning and bam.... there's an email with cancelation of 2 orders! So now I've literally made 5 orders ever with this F1 ticket seller and 3 had been canceled!
Again... I called in and was told that it was an error on the website blah blah blah..... in saying that, I met a fella at a hotel here who told me that this company canceled 100 tickets on him too! Months after he bought them.
The girl I spoke to said that they were trying and will let me know if they can do anything. It's now 7 PM in Monaco and nothing from these people.
I plan on having my lawyer send them a letter seeking damages and losses here.
I don't know but maybe, they are reselling their own tickets?

Bought tickets for Spanish Grand Prix on day they were released, paid €417+ fees and delivery for each. Assumed as they are saying they are the official seller that this would be face value of the ticket...
Ticket became available to download and had face value of €350. Messaged them to request a refund of the difference. Response below confirms they are resellers:
Hello, we buy tickets in bulk, and the price you see on the ticket is the one we actually paid for it.
You will not be entitled to a refund on the basis that you have paid a higher price than the face value of the Ticket. The price paid for a Ticket represents its true value at the time of purchase. Prices may vary and you will not be entitled to a refund if the price of similar Tickets subsequently changes.

I purchased tickets from the Official F1 Ticket Store - BAD MISTAKE! BEWARE!
I purchased tickets from the Official F1 ticket store for the Belgium Grand Prix on 9th January 2022 some 8 months prior to the GP taking place on the last weekend of August 2022. The ticket were premium, most expensive for seats at the iconic Eau Rouge corner as its been a lifelong dream to watch from that stand with my kids. My selection on their website showed these available and I proceeded on that basis with the purchase of 3 tickets at a astronomical cost of 1,395.50Euro. Had these been shown as sold out I would not have made a purchase for this event. A couple of days ago I received a message stating "due to a shortage of stock" this stand and my tickets were not available and I have been moved to another stand. I had no offer of a choice as to where I was to be moved to and the stand offered is a long way from Eau Rouge, my chosen, booked and paid for stand. Bitterly disappointed my family decided if we could not get what was contractually agreed when making our purchase we would not go and thus asked for a refund. F1 Ticket store have stated they WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND as they have offered seats elsewhere! I have a number of issues with their conduct: I consider their actions firstly as false advertising. As the official ticket office for F1 they should be experienced with these things. In my opinion it is fraudulent to advertise for a product that is not available! Furthermore I believe it unethical and immoral to refuse a refund when they are at fault and cannot/will not supply what was ordered and paid for. They are clearly happy to accept your and my money for something they cannot supply to then use the unreasonable logic that they can seat you wherever they chose and not offer a refund, this is certainly dubious code of conduct to say the least. BE WARNED, this company have absolutely no scruples in stealing money and frankly have put me off from every attending a F1 event again.

Very poor customer service.
I wanted to share my experience with yourselves about my recent contact with you.
I purchased 5 tickets for the Belgian GP sat at Eau Rouge, which as you know is one of the most famous corners in the world. I bought these tickets in September 2019 for the 2020 Race, but because if COVID it got cancelled and we rolled our tickets over to 2021.
In 2021 we received an email saying everyone had to have been vaccinated but we were unable to attend as one of our party was too young to have been double dosed and therefore has to roll over our tickets to 2022.
March 30th 2022 I received an email that “due to high demand” I was not able to get the tickets I purchased for Gold 3 seats for eau rouge and I had a choice of either a refund or move to Gold 2. I rung up and spoke to Asda and explained the situation and she explained her hands were tied and there’s nothing she could do.
Now as you can imagine I am extremely upset that I have been messed around 3 times by yourselves, and as well as moving the accommodation, euro tunnel and hire car. After moving all of this to be messaged by yourselves that you have over sold the tickets and I am now not sitting at the tickets I paid for.
Now I can’t remember the price difference but I am sure that the tickets I paid for were the most expensive for the Grand Prix and therefore I have lost out being moved to a lower seat.
Now I am sure you would agree that if you had been the one who received a customer service like this you would be very upset.

Order damaged. Emailed and they asked for photos. Sent photos. Asked for order number. Sent that asked to send photos in pdf format. Did that asked for photo of tags. Yadder yadder. Had to settle for a measly 10% refund and love with the defect. Avoid. Fuel for fans from now on. Can’t believe these guys are F1 supplier.

FORMULA1.COM IS A FRAUD
I bought tickets for the Miami GP around 3 months ago. Called shortly after, they could not tell me what section and row I would get. Couple of days ago, they called and told me they were now cancelling tickets on me as, demand was high... meanwhile, they held my money that entire time.
This is not the official F1 ticket seller... they are an absolute FRAUD. Buyer beware...

I can't get over the corruption
I can't get over the corruption, rule breaking commercial unsportsmanlike company F1 has become after the result of the 2021 season. How can this company go against their own rule book to rid the outcome of the championship. I will never support or attend a F1 event again - but I doubt you care

Similar to other users I would give 0 stars if I could.
They interfered with the name of my league in the F1 Fantasy area. Apparently the word "massive" as an ironic reference to a group of people from a small village is not acceptable and has to be changed to "m***ive". As I said in my comments directly to them, fools and i***ts. Would they change the name of Felipe Massa? I doubt it.
Only completely brainless fools would see something in the name that isn't there.
Not recommended by ANY stretch of the imagination.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told to give my information for a refund for the Canada 2021 Grand Prix due to COViD which was supposed to be processed within 30 days - it’s been 7 MONTHS and over 10 unanswered customer support emails later and STILL no response and no refund. Tried calling them, but the customer service number on their site just directs you to their email and they never respond.

I purchased tickets fir the Zandvoort…
I purchased tickets for the Zandvoort 2020 F1, cancels, they have had our money for over 18months, said we worked not get a refund until they do, said we have a refund on its way and that they have cancelled the refund. I would suggest no using this company, dishonest.

Very poor admin- they said they would cancel my subscription but it is still being charged. Do not trust them.
F1 have, I am pleased to say, responded quickly and say they have arranged a credit to my account- all good

It is a huge scam. I got a gift voucher to buy some tickets online, but it wouldn’t work - then I tried to contact support 10 days ago, and still haven’t heard from them. I was supposed to go see Monza, and have booked airplane tickets etc. but now my whole trip is ruined because of this extremely bad service.
DON’T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
